New Job - Business Development Consultant Advanced Healthcare

Advance Healthcare has a 20 year history of providing high quality physiotherapy and multi-disciplinary services. We have clinics at Boronia, Bundoora, Dandenong, Hoppers Crossing, St Albans and Geelong.

We are currently seeking an experienced, innovative and effective Business Development Manager to support our Managing Director in refining and implementing our Marketing & Sales strategy.

The role is multifaceted and suit an experienced and motivated all rounder. The goal is to use your marketing and design skills to generate leads for the business from medium size manufacturing businesses and Doctors. Then meet face to face with prospective clients to secure their referrals to the business ongoing.

The successful applicant will have several years experience managing a marketing program which generates real results in lead generation, plus experience with face to face client communications.

Ideally, this role would suit an experienced parent who wants do some part time work with flexible hours or someone looking to add an additional income stream to their own business.

The role will not have a set location and the applicant will require:

  • A car with drivers licence

  • Full home office including access to Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Laptop

  • Mobile phone

Skills required include:

  • Advanced strategic capabilities

  • Advanced face to face selling skills with evidence of effectiveness

  • Ideally experience in digital marketing with evidence of effectiveness

  • Basic capabilities with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

The role is paid as a contractor with variable hours commencing around 15 hours per week with potential to increase to full time over 6 months to the right applicant. Pay scale will be based on the Health Services Award suitably scaled up to a contractor rate.
