Daydreaming about your perfect job? I got mine on my first birthday


Thanks for being a great friend and supporter of me and my business Social Star. As we approach our first birthday (we sent out our invitation last week, so if you missed it connect with us here ), I sat down and looked back at my journey over the past year.

 It has been a huge year since leaving my high paying corporate job and going solo in my own company. Writing a book, hiring my two awesome people, moving to a 'real' office and of course helping dozens of people learn more about themselves, build their brands to attract more opportunities.

When I shared my blog about my journey on LinkedIn I was surprised how many people it touched. It had over 7,000 reads and 900+ shares, you can see by the 90+ comments that there are many people who want to follow my lead and chase their dreams. My dream since I started my business was to help as many people as possible get into jobs they love. The problem is most people don’t know where to start or if they know, haven’t got the time to do it.  So I came up with a crazy idea to run a one-day event especially designed for poor-time executives, business owners and job seekers. The goal is to develop your Five Essential Brand Assets put them into your LinkedIn profile, learn how to connect to the right people and share valuable content. If I could help people in just 1 day, they would be free to get the job they love, be more fulfilled people and the world would be a better place.

It's a crazy dream, but all dreams start out this way.

A year later I still believe that this is a game-changing course that will massively change your online brand and help get you to a better place.
