My story is for busy dads who want to get fit.
Health has always been high on my values. I grew up in a hippy household with our family growing our own food and being vegetarian. When I got my first car and turned into a bratty teenager all that went out the window! I relented to eating junk food and getting fat for a few years.
After my girlfriend dumped me I realised that I had more chance with girls by having abs, I decided to get fit. Since then, I have managed to maintain my body shape and good health for the last 20 years. Every week I do 3-4 training sessions, rain, hail or shine. What keeps me motivated?
It's no longer the girls. My two little boys are my motivating force. I want to play with them and enjoy my time with them.
